SHIPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We provide most well known carriers such as  UPS, FedEx and DHL. However we normally ship with Thailand Postal Service by Registered International Mail. For international customers you can request for your purchase to be ship with other carriers with additional charge.

Express and overnight delivery via a messenger is available only in Bangkok. The fee for this service depends on the distant of your delivery address to our office. Delivery fee is paid by the recipient  upon receiving the package. For more information or get a quote of the delivery fee please contact us

Do You Ship Internationally?

YES! 

International orders are charged a flat rate of 300THB and will be shipped out with Thailand Postal Service. However you can request that your package be ship with another carrier or priority shipping but there will be additional charge. To inquire about your shipping cost contact us at contact@seybrand.com.

Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Orders are usually will ship out within a day of ordering. Orders placed after 3 PM Thai time (UTC/GMT +7hours) will not ship until the next business day. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, however some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via Thailand Post’s Express Mail Service (EMS) unless you select an alternative.

Your Shipping Confirmation email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and will provide you with a tracking link. Customers in Thailand can expect to received the package with 1-2 business days. For International customers the delivery time vary depending on your location but usually between 10-14 business days.

How Can I Check My Shipping Status?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation that the order has shipped with the tracking number. For backed order and cancelled items, a separate email will be sent to confirmed shipment or cancellation. You may also view your order online by logging into your account and selecting “Order Number.”

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept:
Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Gift Cards and Bank Deposit.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you do not need an account to place an order. However we recommend you to set up an account with us for easy check out in the future, also receive news and promotional updates. Members are qualified  for Sey rewards program to collect points for future discount on your purchase.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Currently you can not change or cancel an order after it has been placed by yourself. Please call us at (+66) 89-429-5645 or email us at contact@seybrand.com. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. 

How do I place an Order?

Click add to cart button and go to check out. For non-member you will need to register an account with us, an account confirmation email will be sent. For members please log in to your account. Once you are logged in you can go to your cart and check out. You can use the calculate shipping option if you are an international customer to calculate your shipping cost. Fill in your shipping information and continue. Select your payment method and complete your order. An order confirmation email will be sent to you with details regarding your order. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account. Click on order number  to review order status. Your Shipping Confirmation email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and will provide you with a tracking link.

How Can I Return a Product?

Thai customers

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

International customers

For international customers we provide 30 days after you received your shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non – Returnable Items?

Any item bought with gift cards, sale items or not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
